How to help me complete my Shadow EFT practitioner certification…

This work can help with any issue someone might be struggling with.
Low self esteem, relationships with others, past traumas and emotional pain, stress/anxiety/depression, life transitions and big changes, career issues, etc - ANYTHING that carries with it a felt charge of emotion or tension.
What is it?
Shadow EFT combines the Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping on meridian points to clear emotional charge and generate empowering psychological change) and Shadow Integration which is based on the axiom that every component of our psyche, however dysfunctional or disruptive it may seem, is attempting to get some sort of need met.
Through the process, we open a dialogue with our unconscious, determine what purpose the hidden part of self is trying to serve, and then begin to consistently help them achieve that purpose in a healthy and sustainable way.
By using this practice, the Shadow aspects of our mind can transform into the healthiest versions of themselves and integrate harmoniously back into our psyche.

How can I experience it?
As I continue to work towards completing my certification, (I'm about halfway there) I am looking for volunteers to participate in reduced rate practice sessions.
These sessions will allow me to hone my skills and gain valuable experience as a practitioner.
They will be conducted remotely, so you can participate from anywhere in the world!
How much does it cost and what is included?
For $55 USD and feedback upon completion, you will receive a 75 minute session and a completely optional personalized 7 minute tapping practice to continue to reap the benefits of this work.
In general, the cost of a 75-minute Shadow EFT session can range from around $100 to $250 or more. If you've been wanting to work with me 1:1 but haven't yet, this is a great opportunity. There is limited space for volunteers and I will only be offering these sessions at this price until I have enough to complete my cert!

Does it compliment breathwork?
This work blends beautifully with breathwork as they are both powerful tools for personal growth and healing, for overcoming limiting beliefs and patterns, for deepening self-awareness, and for developing greater emotional resilience and regulation skills.
In fact, breathwork is an important component of the framework. Mindful breathing helps us to be present, to feel what’s occurring in the body, and we use the breath to move energy.
