HOW TO PREPARE FOR BREATHWORK

  • Please avoid consuming alcohol or mind-altering substances before the session, as they may diminish or restrict the experience.

  • Wear comfortable attire and consider bringing a journal for personal insights and integration.

  • Refrain from eating a large meal 2-3 hours prior to the session.

  • Remember to trust and relax.

For In-person Sessions, kindly bring the following items:

  • a yoga mat,

  • blanket,

  • pillow,

  • and eye cover.

    [If you prefer, you can use the ones available in my space for 1:1 sessions]

  • It is also advisable to have water and lip balm with you.

For Virtual Sessions, please prepare your space by setting up:

  • a yoga mat,

  • pillow,

  • blanket(s),

  • water,

  • and an eye cover.

  • It is acceptable to lie on a bed, but try not to get too comfortable to avoid falling asleep immediately.

  • Ensure privacy and minimize interruptions from people or pets.

  • Silence your devices, including vibrations.

  • Feel free to use crystals, incense, or any other items that help create a suitable atmosphere.

  • Using headphones is recommended to enhance sound quality and immerse yourself in the experience. I will be playing music through Zoom, although a good speaker also works.

  • It is requested that you keep your camera on during the practice so that I can observe you and provide appropriate cues.
